Pay Court Fee's and Fines 24/7
Starting January 2, 2024 You can now pay any court fines or fee's 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are no longer required to make credit card payments in person.
By simply calling Allpaid at 1-888-604-7888, or going to there website at allpaid.com or utilize the QR code on the bill sent to you by the court. You will need your case # and/or the ticket # when paying your bill.
The Champlain Town Court no longer will be processing credit cards in person. Though we will take cash and money orders. The Town Court is not allowed to take personnel checks.
Traffic Matters
You DO NOT have to appear in person in most cases. We encourage all Vehicle and Traffic Matters (except those associated with a serious offense) be handled through mail.
Please complete Section A or B of your ticket and return it to the Court by the Designated date.
Please include a complete return mailing address, email address and cell phone number.
When the Court receives your ticket, you will be notified via mail or email on the status of your case.
